Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once 7 days have passed since your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (photos and videos) is required to process the return.

Note: Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 4–5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
   • Check your bank account.
   • Contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in processing.
   • Contact your bank for further updates on processing times.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@ramapirfoods.com or visit us at the address mentioned above.

Shipping

For returning a product, mail it to: info@ramapirfoods.com

Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At Ramapir Foods, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched for delivery, whichever comes first.
• If your order has already been dispatched, it will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel an order:

• Contact us at info@ramapirfoods.com as soon as possible with the following details:
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated).
• Our team will confirm the cancellation status and provide updates accordingly.

3. Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation request is received within the permissible timeframe and approved, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns Policy for guidance on returning eligible items.

5. Changes to Orders

• If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling it, please contact us at info@ramapirfoods.com within the same 24-hour timeframe. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Important Notes

• Customised or specially requested products may not be eligible for cancellations.
• Ramapir Foods reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases, such as incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or violations of our Terms of Service. In such situations, customers will be notified promptly, and full refunds will be issued where applicable.
